Terms and conditions

1. Who we are
This shop is run by [business name — e.g. My Shop Ltd / Jane Smith, sole trader], with its registered office at [registered address], registered under no. [company / trade register number], VAT / tax ID [VAT or tax ID]. You can write to us at [contact email].
2. What we sell and how you order
We sell digital products (downloadable files: guides, courses, templates, etc.), each with a description, a picture and a price. You place an order by clicking "Buy", ticking the immediate-delivery consent box and paying by card on the secure Stripe page. Right after the payment is confirmed you receive a download link at the email address you provided, valid for 7 days; if it expires or you don't receive it, write to us and we'll resend it.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and [include VAT / do not include VAT — the business is not VAT-registered]. Payment is made exclusively by card, through the payment processor Stripe; we never see or store your card details. For every order we issue an invoice [automatically / on request, at the contact email].
4. Right of withdrawal and immediate delivery
For digital content delivered immediately, the law provides that the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun, if you gave your express prior consent and acknowledged that you lose this right (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). The checkbox at "Buy" is exactly that consent. If, however, the file is faulty, won't open or doesn't match its description, write to us: we'll replace it or refund you.
5. Licence to use
The products are for personal use. By buying, you get the right to use them [on any number of personal devices / within your own business], not to resell, redistribute or publish them. The copyright remains ours.
6. Complaints and dispute resolution
We sort out any problem person to person first, at [contact email]. If we can't reach an agreement, you can turn to [your national consumer protection authority] or to the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
7. Personal data
How we use your data (your email) is described in the Privacy policy.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of [the seller's country]. We reserve the right to update them; the version that applies is the one shown on the site on the date of your order.
