How we deliver

How long it takes

We hand the parcel to the courier within 1–2 working days of your order being placed. The courier usually delivers within another 1–2 working days, nationwide. When the parcel leaves us, you get the tracking number by email, so you can follow it step by step.

How much it costs

Delivery costs €5 by courier, nationwide, and is free on orders over €60. You always see the exact cost before you pay, in black and white.

Which courier

We ship with [your courier — e.g. An Post, DPD, GLS]. If you'd prefer delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker, write to us after placing your order and we'll do our best.

If something isn't right

Parcel delayed, arrived damaged, or you simply have a question? Write to us at [your contact email] — we reply person to person, and we won't leave you holding the problem.
